Even supplements which effectiveness was proven give are responsible only for small part of the results that you will achieve. Probably at least 97% of your results will come from training and good diet.

You want to lose weight but you don’t have time and willingness for jogging and starving diets ? It is possible, involves some exercises, and changing your eating habits a little, but it is the fastest possible way. (Don’t trust those “Lose 10kg in one day” commercials, its just marketing)
